Babe Salon Studio allows a 10 minute grace period on appointment start times. However if the client fails to arrive within that timeframe, there will be a late fee of $20 added to the service price. In addition to the fee, the stylist may have to edit what type of service the client is receiving due to time constraints
Pre Booking Policy
To ensure the most ideal appointment time for your schedule, I encourage pre-booking several appointments at a time.
Cancellation Policy
Babe Salon Studio asks clients to please confirm, reschedule, or cancel their appointment at least 72 hours in advance of start time.
Out of courtesy, we send text and email reminders to the clients contact information 3 days in advance of appointments. In addition to the first notification, we send a second and third as the appointment approaches. The secondary reminder is sent to the provided email address 24 hours before the appointment starts. The third notification is sent via text 2 hours prior to the start of the service.
These notifications contain a link to our website that allows the client to either confirm, cancel, or reschedule the appointment.
If a client fails to contact us about the appointment within the 72 hour time window, one of the following policies will be enforced...
- Clients that request to reschedule the day prior to the initial appointment will be charged an inconvenience fee; 10% of the original service price.
- Clients that request to reschedule or cancel the day of the appointnment will be charged an inconvenience fee; 50% of tl1e original service price. -Clients that no call/no show day of the appointment will be charged an inconvenience fee; 100% of the original service price.

PaymentPolicy
Payments will be made to Babe Salon Studio via cash, check, Venmo, or an approved payment card. If payment is made via card payment, there will be an additional 5% fee
Credit Card Policy
Clients will be required to have a credit card on file with Babe Salon Studio. We are authorized to charge the card if and when a cancellation policy has to be enforce. Each client will be required to review and sign the contract that contains the policy
